Welcoming and sharing are part of his deep values. When he was younger, he loved welcoming his friends and acquaintances as if they were in a hotel, with a good degree of requirement at that time.

Trained as a hotel manager, he worked in large luxury hotels, which allowed him to perfect his know-how, but also in mass distribution to develop his skills in management and commercial strategy.

In 2019, in La Plaine sur mer in Loire Atlantique, he created "Ma Maison Sereine", a small concierge service that he manages independently because the market and demand are starting to develop.

His first workplaces were "La villa cheminée" from "Voyage à Nantes" and "Surprenantes", a company that offers themed apartments in Nantes.

Gradually, Ma Maison Sereine evolved and became more professional. Fabien acquired two Airbnb rental management services, which allowed him to develop the sales strategy for 3 years and to clearly understand the constraints and challenges of Airbnb management, in addition to the other properties he managed for other owners.

Being a good listener, he understands his customers' desires and tries to adapt his service offer to better satisfy his customers. Being direct by nature, he will tell you if it is worth it or not.

Little by little, the rentals follow one another and the Ma Maison Sereine park expands. It is at this time that an internal laundry is opened, specific to the company to be able to be competitive in prices, as well as the establishment of additional services offered to travelers.

Ma Maison sereine is moving in 2024 with the aim of returning to the source and its original lands. Fabien is taking the opportunity to move closer to his family. The Plaine Sur Mer properties are being sold to other conciergeries and the owners are still at our side. So don't hesitate if you want to go on holiday in the Pays de Retz.
