The enclosed 800 m² garden allows children to play safely while adults enjoy the terrace with its unobstructed sea view. Linens are provided by the concierge (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 tea towel, 1 hand towel, 1 large towel per person, and 2 bath mats). Parking is available in the courtyard, and there is a closed garage for a small car. On the ground floor: Please note: there are 3 steps to access the house. Two French doors open onto a large terrace furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and sea view throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen, brand new from 2022 (Bosch coffee maker, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer).

The house is left clean, thank you for taking care. Weekend package (Friday-Sunday): €500 (excluding platform commission), excluding July to mid-September and school holidays or public holidays.
