Villa Mon Rêve

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a charming 67 m² house, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends. Carefully renovated and tastefully decorated, it offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for a restful holiday near the sea. The accommodation comprises a pleasant living area with a lounge, television, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. A washing machine is also available for your convenience during your stay.

The house has two separate bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140 cm), while the second offers a pull-out bed, convenient for adapting to travelers' needs. The second bedroom also features a projection system with a screen, perfect for enjoying a movie in peace and quiet. A large, height-adjustable desk allows for efficient work; it is located in a dedicated, open-plan space (without a door). A laser printer is available on the Wi-Fi network. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the interior. Outside, you'll appreciate the beautiful suspended wooden terrace, furnished with garden furniture under a tree, wooden outdoor dining furniture, and a gas griddle. It's the ideal place to share a meal, relax, or simply enjoy the surrounding tranquility.

The location of the accommodation makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding area: the small beach of Port Giraud and its typical Loire-Atlantique fishing weirs are just 300 meters away. Cormier beach is about a 7-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk away, and a cycle path 500 meters away connects to the town center of La Plaine-sur-Mer in 2.5 km. Within a 5-minute drive, you'll find several shops and services: bike, kayak, or paddleboard rentals at Port de la Gravette, a pharmacy, a bakery, restaurants with sea views, a newsagent, and an Intermarché supermarket at the entrance to the town, about 2.5 km away.

Kitchen, bed, and bath linens are provided for stays of 5 nights or more. For stays of less than 5 nights, a linen kit can be reserved from Fabien and his concierge service for €9 per person. This kit includes a mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, a tea towel, a hand towel, a large towel per person, and a bath mat. Duvets and pillows are provided in the accommodation. Fabien and his concierge service manage the property and are available should you need anything. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, and shower gel are provided for the first day. For the remainder of your stay, please remember to bring any additional supplies you may need. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We simply ask guests to leave the house in a reasonable condition upon departure: dishes washed, bathrooms and toilets clean, and trash emptied. However, a cleaning is carried out before each arrival to ensure you are welcomed in the best possible conditions. If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cleaning package can be offered by Fabien's concierge service: €45 for short stays of 2 to 3 days, and €80 for longer stays.

Guest Access: To access the house, you will use a small unpaved road. You can park your car directly in front of the gate; a space is provided there. It is simply recommended to reverse in to facilitate exiting. Other Notes: Please note: Unfortunately, we too often observe a lack of respect from guests regarding cleaning. Cleaning is sometimes poorly done, rushed, or even completely ignored. Remember that you are dealing with technicians who work hard to ensure clean accommodations. Please respect them. We encourage you to be considerate and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of your accommodation. Thank you in advance. And remember: a clean accommodation guarantees a smile for our cleaning team and future guests! The concierge service provides consumables for the first day (toilet paper, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). But be aware, after that, you are on your own! Any abnormal water or electricity consumption will be charged to you. ℹ️ The house is located in a small, quiet, family-run condominium.
