Accommodation description: • 3 bedrooms, one with bunk beds (reserved exclusively for children) • 1 shower room • 1 fully equipped kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.) • 1 large living room • 1 welcoming dining room • 1 veranda, perfect for enjoying natural light • Private parking spaces • Enclosed garden with very little overlooking, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility. Linens: Bed linen is available as an optional extra for a fee, for a hassle-free stay. Price: €9 per person. Linen kit includes: mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 tea towel, 1 hand towel, 1 large towel per person, and 1 bath mat. Cleaning: The house is provided clean and must be left clean. A cleaning fee (charges apply: €65 for stays of 2 to 3 days and €105 for stays of more than 3 days) is available upon request to Fabien. The concierge, located nearby, remains available throughout your stay. Surroundings: The house is located in a quiet area, close to the sea and coastal paths. A perfect location to relax, enjoy nature, or discover the charms of the coast. Practical Information: • Bunk beds are only suitable for children. Thank you for your understanding. • Respect for the property: We unfortunately too often observe a lack of respect regarding cleaning. We ask you to be considerate and help maintain the cleanliness of the property during your stay. • Upon arrival: The concierge will provide you with basic supplies for the first day (toilet paper, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Guest access: Guests access the house via a key box system; the code will be sent to them the day before their arrival by text message.
