Located in a quiet cul-de-sac behind the forest in Orouet (St-Jean-de-Monts), our family home offers direct views of nature and sometimes cows from the living room. Spacious and comfortable, it accommodates up to 6 guests. Just 8 minutes by car from La Pége beach and 10 minutes from Les Mouettes beach, it allows you to enjoy the coastline while remaining in a peaceful setting. Linens are provided and cleaning is included for a relaxing stay.

At the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, beyond the forest, this house is a rare haven: a space where sunlight filters through the trees at dawn, where you can watch the cows from the living room, where every moment becomes a sweet and precious interlude. With its 100 square meters bathed in tranquility, the house comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Everyone will find their own space, their own rhythm, their own privacy. The bedrooms invite rest, the kitchen brings people together for good times, and the living room, by the fireplace, becomes the heart of shared evenings. To make your stay even more carefree, bed linens and towels are fully provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy. Outside, the enclosed garden and terrace extend the summer days: al fresco dining, reading in the sun, moments suspended in soothing silence. And yet, the sea is never far away: 8 minutes from La Pége beach, 10 minutes from Les Mouettes beach, 13 minutes from the town center, by car. The freedom to be close to everything, while remaining apart from the world. Here, people come to reconnect with themselves, recharge their batteries, and create lasting memories.

A place that soothes, brings people together, and makes you feel good. The concierge provides supplies for your first day (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). But be warned, after that, you're on your own! Prepare to face the supermarket jungle for the rest of your stay! Guest access: Access to the accommodation is via a key box system. The code will be sent to you the evening before your arrival. If you don't receive anything, please call us.

To guarantee even heat distribution throughout the rooms, it is important to leave the doors open while it is in use. We will provide you with a simple and clear guide to assist you with its use and daily maintenance.
