The Accommodation: We are delighted to welcome you to our charming apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Here you will find a comfortable and well-appointed space for your holiday. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of the building (no elevator). The bright living room, opening onto a balcony, is equipped with a pull-out bed that can accommodate one or two children overnight. The fully equipped kitchen, with a 12-place dishwasher, offers an ideal table for family meals. A hallway leads from the entrance to the sleeping area. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, providing all the necessary comforts. The sleeping area features a 140 cm double bed, accessible only from the foot of the bed. It has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort. Originally a kitchen, this space has been redesigned to avoid having to make and unmake the bed every day in the dining room, thus offering optimal organization of the apartment. We can accommodate up to four guests: a couple and two children. Although compact, our one-bedroom apartment is located just three minutes from the sea, with a balcony overlooking a wooded park. Parking for your car is also available at the rear of the building.

Additional information: When I am unavailable, the apartment is managed by Fabien and his concierge service. He is available should you need anything. You are welcome to clean the apartment yourself and bring your own linens if you wish. Please note: don't forget your mattress and pillow protectors, as well as your bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided in each apartment. Alternatively, linen packages are available: Price: €9 per person. Linen kit includes: mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, 1 tea towel, 1 hand towel, 1 large towel per person, and 1 bath mat. For any additional needs (at an extra cost), please contact Fabien at the concierge service. Cleaning package prices: • Short stay cleaning package, less than 2 nights: €25 • Long stay cleaning package, 3 nights or more: €45 Please note: Unfortunately, we too often observe a lack of respect from some guests regarding cleaning. Cleaning is sometimes poorly done, or even ignored. Please remember that you are dealing with technicians who work hard to ensure clean and welcoming accommodations. We ask for your understanding and support by keeping your accommodation clean. Thank you in advance. The concierge service provides basic supplies for the first day (toilet paper, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). But be warned, after that, you are on your own! Prepare to face the supermarket jungle for the rest of your stay!
