This studio apartment features a windowless sleeping area, providing a private and comfortable space. Cleaning and linens are available for an additional fee, and private parking is provided.

We are delighted to welcome you to our charming apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Here you will find a comfortable and well-appointed space for your holiday. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of the building, which has no elevator.

The bright living room, opening onto a sunny balcony, features a pull-out bed that can accommodate one or two children overnight. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a six-place dishwasher, offers a round table ideal for family meals. The adjoining bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, providing all the necessary comforts. A hallway with storage space leads from the entrance to the sleeping area. This area has a 140cm double bed, accessible only from the foot of the bed. Although the space has no window, it has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Originally a bathroom, this area has been redesigned to avoid having to make and unmake the bed daily in the dining room, thus optimizing the apartment's layout.

We can accommodate up to four guests: a couple and two children. Although compact, our studio apartment is located just three minutes from the sea, with a sunny balcony overlooking the back of the building, where you'll also find parking for your car. The south-facing balcony is perfect for those who love the sun; a fan is also available if needed. We're confident you'll appreciate this cozy retreat for an unforgettable stay in Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Additional information: When I am unavailable, the apartment is managed by Fabien and his concierge service; he is there to assist you should you need anything. You are welcome to clean the apartment yourself and bring your own linens if you wish. Please note: don't forget your mattress and pillow protectors, as well as your bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided in each apartment. Alternatively, packages are available.
